Project 001: Make 30 Dungeon Geopmorphs for Sale on DriveThruRPG - Fail :(

Proposal: Make 30 Dungeon Geomorphs for sale on Drive Thru RPG for sale as a zip of either pay what you want or .99 cents.  10 full page and 10 pages with two each.

Requirements: What is the margins of a 8.5 x 11 letterhead paper?  And what resolution should I use to fill the page?

Result: MidJourney was actually pretty bad at this.  I couldn't get the right prompts I guess.  Initially my local version of Stable Diffusion was worthless, but I came back to it and got some prompts going.  I think using batch mode and generating a lot of images and taking the best few, maybe going out and finding some seed images for img2img I might get some better results.  Also if I'm going to do this at a coffee shop I need to bring the heat pad.  Laptop was running at 96F which is a little hot!

And also I've had great success with MidJourney and to a degree with Stable Diffusion, so this isn't my first project really nor am I failing out the gate....but I'm trying to challenge myself a bit with a project a week.  Bummer this one kinda bombed.  I should have "failed early" on it and moved on quicker I think.

Learning: Some, I guess that makes it kind of worth it.  
Complete?: Abandoned for now.
Time Spent: 2 hours

Disappointing.  Aw well.

  Funny, as a "pro" software engineer I scoffed at Python for so long...but at least currently the lingua franca of data science and AI/ML is Python. Some would debate me on that but I hold that truth to be self evident. So I started using Python...it is such a joy to work with, so simple to get things done. Want to scrape audio and video from youtube? Here...do it with a library and 10 lines of code. Try that in C#...good luck. Heck you would need 10 lines of squiggly bracelets just to start. Playing with Streamlit also...which is another simple joy. Other stacks are WAY more complex, and yeah you can maybe do some more fine grain stuff, but for me no more using jackhammers to push in thumb tacs....life is too short, and I'm not an egghead.
